Payroll, HR and the upkeep of a building have one thing in common: they're essential, they're relentless, and they're nobody's favourite part of the job. They're ours.
Why one supplier instead of three.
The usual route is a payroll bureau, an HR consultant on a retainer, and a handful of contractors for the building. Three sets of contracts, three sets of invoices, and — when something falls between them — three people explaining why it wasn't their responsibility.
We put all of it under one arrangement because the overlaps are where the time goes. A new starter is a payroll job, an HR job and a supplies job. Handled separately, it's three conversations. Handled together, it's one.
It also means one person who understands your business end to end, rather than three who each see a third of it.
How we work

- Fixed pricing. Agreed up front, not discovered later.
- A named contact. A person, not a ticket queue.
- Honest scoping. If outsourcing won't help you, we say so.
- No lock-in traps. Clear exit terms, written into the agreement.
Three things we're stubborn about.
Tell people the truth early
If a transfer isn't right for you, if your headcount doesn't justify a retainer, or if the thing you want isn't legal — you'll hear it on the first call, not after you've signed.
Know where our limits are
We're an HR and business services provider, not a law firm or an accountancy practice. When a question belongs to a solicitor or an accountant, we bring one in rather than guessing.
Treat transferred staff properly
When employees move onto our books, they're our employees. They get the same terms, proper payslips on time, and someone who answers the phone. That isn't a nice-to-have — it's the whole product.
